Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation(RSLDC). (Established in September 2004) promotes appropriate livelihoods opportunities for state's fast increasing yet economically weak, working population. RSLDC has been registered as a company not for profit under section 25 of the companies act-1956. The company is headed by Shri C.K.Methew Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Shri Rajesh Yadav, IAS is Managing Director RSLDC.
In order to provide a systematic guidance and information and also to explore the possibility of Overseas Placement, Government of Rajasthan has decided to establish Overseas Placement Bureau Under the aegis of Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation, Jaipur. Ministry of Indian affairs Government of India, has awarded Registration Certificate B-476/Com/Raj/1000+/5/8814/2012 in favour of Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation, Jaipur to function as Recruting agent. [More Info]

Mission

The Mission of overseas Placement Bureau, is to train tune, trim, equip, facilitates and develop human resources of state for desired occupation / jobs in such a way that they are globally acceptable for employment.
Secondly to bring the overseas employers and the aspiring youth together by eliminating unauthorized and unscrupulous private placement agencies, identity overseas employment opportunities, assist the aspirants by coordination passports, visas, air tickets, organize occupational competency certificates of international standards and enhance the employability by development of personality through training in spoken and written English in general and the language and general information of the prospective employer country.
